PREORDER Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of PREORDERS (“Pre-Order" / “Preorder”) by customers (“Customers”, “You”) with COPPER (“we”, “ us”, or “COPPER”) for our products ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your preorder of any COPPER Products. By submitting your preorder, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
SECTION 1. Preorder Reservation
When placing a preorder for COPPER Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
COPPER shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to hello@shopcopper.com.
You acknowledge and agree that COPPER may decline or delay preorders to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
SECTION 2. Priority
COPPER will commission their manufacturer to produce goods based on the total quantity of preorders received during preorder period. In the event that the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the ordered quantity in its totality, preorders will be fulfilled on first come - first serve basis.
If an order is cancelled or forfeited in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the preorder reservation list.
SECTION 3. Payment
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Preorder. If COPPER is unable to fulfill your preorder under any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances - COPPER shall process a full refund to you.
SECTION 4. Purchase Price
The purchase price ("Price") at the point that the preorder was made is fixed and locked and will be the sole basis for price considerations should a need for exchange of item or refund arises from a cancelled preorder.
SECTION 5. Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to ensure that preorders are delivered within the estimated time of delivery (ETD), you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and COPPER does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.
As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, COPPER is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
SECTION 6. Cancellation
Preorders are deemed final and may not be cancelled by the Customer once production has started. You may however choose to return your product, after receiving it. All returns are bound by our store’s Return Policy:

In the event that COPPER cancels your preorder, you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price without interest and free from any processing fees.
SECTION 7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will COPPER be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event COPPER is held liable for any damages arising out of or related to this agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.
SECTION 8. Terms and Conditions of Sale
The current Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Preorder Terms and Conditions can be found in the footer and customer care section of our website and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order on our website, your purchase are bound by these agreement.

SECTION 10. DISCLAIMER
COPPER disclaims any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the prototype product displayed by COPPER whether before or after you have placed the Preorder.
You understand and agree that the product, its design and technical features are subject to development and that the product that may be available for purchase by you may be materially different from the prototype product or initial version of the preordered product.
If for any reason, you are unhappy with the final version of the product, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel or return your preorder as described in Section 6 above.
SECTION 11. Changes to the Terms
COPPER reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms e by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
